HHH POLICIES

SELF CHECK-IN ​

We operate under full self check-in / contactless service. ​Our front desk is virtual and may be reached via text.  We do not have on-site employees. Your room key is a QR code sent to your smart phone shortly before check in time. Pre check-in requires government-issued identification and a credit card under the same name. WE REQUIRE YOUR CHECK IN COMPLETED BY 4 PM ON THE DAY OF ARRIVAL OR YOUR RESERVATION IS SUBJECT TO CANCELLATION.

 

For same day reservations made after 4 PM your online check in must be completed and approved upon booking in order to guarantee your reservation.

 

CHECK-IN / CHECK OUT

Self Check-in: 4 PM  / Self Check-out: 11 AM

Guests will receive their digital key shortly before 4 PM on the day of arrival.  For check out, guests simply leave the room by 11 AM - no need to notify us.

 

EARLY CHECK IN / LATE CHECK OUT

1 PM Early Check-In and 1 PM Late Check-Out are available for an extra fee.

Guests may purchase Early Check-In on their check in link which is sent 48 hours prior to arrival.  If purchased the charge is $25 and guests will receive their digital key by 1 PM on the day of arrival. 

For Late Check-Out  guests are sent an auto text on the morning of departure with an offer of a 1 PM late check out for $30.  If guest replies "Yes" the charge is added to the reservation and the digital key is extended. 

 

AGE POLICY

​Guests must be at least 18  years of age to reserve a room and check-in. No children are allowed at the property.

 

ROOM OCCUPANCY

All rooms accommodate up to 2 guests only. All guests occupying the rooms must be registered and are required to have their government-issued ID. All rooms have a King sized bed and can accommodate up to 2 adults. We do not offer cots or additional beds and the sofas do not pull out. 


 

PAYMENT AND CANCELLATION POLICIES 

Upon booking a 1 night NON-REFUNDABLE deposit will be processed. Guest may change or cancel their reservation up to 48 hours prior to arrival at which time the balance of the reservation will be processed and is non-refundable. All changes are subject to availability. ​

 

Payment: The balance of the reservation will be processed 48 hours prior to arrival and is non-refundable. 

 

Same-day or following day reservations: Full payment will be charged automatically at the time of booking and is non-refundable.   

 

Please note that all reservations are subject to the taxes and fees below.

Amenity Fee: $25 / day charge per reservation

Tax: California Occupancy Tax (14%) and City Tax (1.5%)

Please read the listed policies carefully for any booking engines such as Booking.com or Expedia. 

We realize that there may be circumstances beyond your control. For this reason, we recommend purchasing travel insurance for peace of mind.

 

SECURITY DEPOSIT​

Prior to arrival you will receive a check-in link which will request a credit card for our $250 security deposit hold which is released at check out. Depending on your bank, it will take 1-3 business days for the funds to be returned to your account.

 

The following factors will be taken from your security deposit at management’s discretion:​​  ​

  • Noise complaints

  • Interior damage

  • Damage or extensive staining of linens

  • Smoking in non-smoking areas

  • Lost/ Damaged keys

  • Breaking maximum occupancy

  • Disrespecting other guests

  • Stolen items

  • Unauthorized filiming

  • Any violation of house rules     

 

POOL RULES ​

  • Pool hours are from 9 AM - 9 PM

  • No glassware by the pool

  • No pets on furniture

PARKING ​

$25 PER NIGHT. IF YOU WILL REQUIRE PARKING you may purchase on-site parking on the check in link - which you receive 48 hours prior to your check in date. Please note, street parking is not available and any unauthorized vehicle will be towed. You may park anywhere labeled “Hotel Guest Parking”.

 

PET POLICIES / SERVICE ANIMALS ​

We are dog friendly and accept ADA service animals.​ We are permitted by law to ask if your furry friend is a service animal and what task your service animal was trained to perform in case of an emergency. We allow one pet OR service animal per room. We ask that you make sure your animal friend is not a disturbance to other guests, keep him / her on a leash at all times outside the room and not leave them alone in the room for prolonged periods of time. Keep in mind we do hold a $250 security deposit and any damage caused by your animal will be subject to the deposit.

 

PACKAGES​

Any package ordered will have to be addressed to your room number and be delivered within your reservation dates. Please note that the hotel will not be responsible for any incidents with the packages while being shipped or handled at the hotel​. 

PHOTOGRAPHY​​

Any professional photography being filmed at the property (regardless of personal editorial,  or commercial) requires prior approval from hotel management. Photography without consent is a violation of hotel policies. Please contact the hotel for details. ​​

 

SMOKING​

Hollywood Hills Hotel only allows smoking on the balcony area and designated smoking areas. A $250 cleaning surcharge will be imposed on any room where guests have smoked with disregard for our policy.​​​Packages​Packages could only be shipped to the property if the guest can personally receive them. ​

 

GUEST RESPONSIBILITY

While accidents happen, guests will be financially responsible for damage due to gross negligence.
